Cancellation Policy

4. Cancellation a) It is not possible to cancel your place once a booking has been made. No refunds are made for your cancellation. b) In the event that you are unable to attend Makaton training on the date/time booked, you will be allocated a place on the next appropriate Makaton training. c) In the event that do not complete a workshop by attending ALL of the sessions, you will be allocated a place on the next appropriate Makaton training to enable you to complete the training. d) In the unlikely event that I have to cancel Makaton training, I will rearrange at my convenience OR provide a full refund. For organisations, I will rearrange Makaton training to suit us both OR provide a full refund.
